Sweet Spirit Foods was established in July of 2002 under the vision and leadership of Dr. Jayel Jacobs, Jr., Pastor of the Christian Life Missionary Baptist Church and the administrative direction of the late Mrs. Joyce Jacobs and Janee.  It began with a Snowie building at 4621 NE 23^rd Street. Later, mobile food trucks were added which made food deliveries all over the metropolitian area of Oklahoma City. Our first restaurant was opened in Langston, Oklahoma. The Sweet Spirit Foods' Family soon multiplied and we added two mobile food trucks, four snowie buildings, one restaurant, one convenience store and a car wash in Coyle, Oklahoma.  Our establishments are unique in the fact that they are run by volunteer members of the Christian Life Missionary Baptist Church.

Today Sweet Spirit Foods has manufactured three barbecue sauces, a Cajun spice rub and have bottled refreshing natural spring water for sale to the public. Sweet Spirit Foods is a Made In Oklahoma Company.  We have acquired loyal customers through craft shows in Stillwater, Lawton, Gainesville, TX., the Oklahoma State Fair and the Tulsa Fair, just to name a few.  We're on the shelves in grocery stores, convenience stores, and specialty shops throughout the United States.  We invite you to experience all of it. “Let the Spirit Catch You.”
